砂型中膨润土烧损率数学模型的研究

摘    要:利用模拟试验方法和相似理论,根据最小二乘法及一元线性回归原理,建立了砂型中膨润土烧损的数学模型,揭示了膨润土烧损与砂型所受热作用温度及时间成自然对数的幂指数函数关系,从而实现了湿型砂中膨润土加热前后的定量调整。

Abstract:According to the method of model test and the similarity theory, a mathematical model of bentonite burn-out has been developed by means of the least square method and the principle of linear regression. It reveals the physical essence of bentonite burnout, which has an exponential relation with the temperature and time of heating effect of sand mould. Hence, it is possible to quantitatively adjust bentonite in the sand system before and after heating of green sand.
