摘    要:基于电子负载微机化、智能化的技术设计方案,研制了一种智能的直流电子负载。该负载采用C8051F360单片机作为核心处理器,以软、硬件相结合的控制算法为研究策略,实现了恒流、恒压和恒阻等多种一:作模式。外部采用新型线性电流传感器ACS712作为电流检测元件.内部使用增量式PID优化算法,系统具有很高的负载精度、良好的运行平稳性和快速响应性、通过安装调试,本直流电子负载在电压、电流工作模式下跟踪误差小于1%,电阻模式下跟踪误差小于3%.调节时间小于2秒,具有一定的经济实用性,可应用在电源、交通运输、蓄电池等生产领域:

Abstract:Based on microcomputer of electronic load,intelligent design,this paper developed a kind of intelligent DC electronic load.This load used C8051F360 MCU as a core processor,with control algorithm of the combination of software and hardware as a research strategy,and realized constant current mode, constant voltage mode and constant resistance mode etc.External used new type of linear current sen- sor ACS712 as a current detecting element,and internal used incremental PID optimization algorithm, making this system have very high load accuracy,good operation stability and fast responsibility.By in- stalling and debugging,the tracking error of this DC electronic load working in constant voltage and current mode is less than 1%,tracking error working in resistance mode is less than 3%.The setting time is less than 2 seconds,it has certain economy and practicality and can be used in power supply,trans- portation,storage battery and other production fields.
