对搞好水电站施工测量管理工作的思考

测量工作贯穿于水电工程建设全过程，是一项十分重要的基础性工作。笔者结合实践和对水电站施工测量工作进行的思考，认为，测量工作是领导决策的基础，各级领导要重视测量工作；施工测量工作要有好的工作机制；要统一规划测量工作；加强基础管理，落实相关制度；不断总结经验，逐步提高测量工作质量。
