高能高速等离子喷涂纳米Al_2O_3-13%TiO_2涂层的显微组织与性能

摘    要:本文采用高能高速等离子喷涂方法制备了纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2(质量分数)涂层.通过X射线衍射法(XRD)分析了涂层物相成分,利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观察涂层截面组织形貌,并测量涂层显微硬度与结合强度.结果表明:该涂层具有独特的显微组织结构;涂层的维氏显微硬度达到了1134HV0.1;结合强度超过64MPa.

Abstract:In this paper,nano-Al2O3-13wt% TiO2 coating was prepared by High velocity plasma spraying method.The phase constitution and cross-section microstructure of the coatings were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Micro-hardness and bonding strength of the coatings were also measured.The results show that:the coating hasa unique with Vickers micro-hardness of 1 134HV0.1 and bonding strength more than 64 MPa.
