辐射加热进行YAG与九五瓷的真空扩散焊接研究

摘    要:钇铝石榴石(YAG)单晶可以作为投影管的发光屏衬底材料,因为YAG的膨胀系数与九五瓷相近,利用金属铝在真空中向YAG和陶瓷中扩散实现扩散焊接。采用辐射加热方式,在温度为600℃,压力为25N/mm2条件下扩散25min,封接气密性优于2×10-13Pam3/s,封接强度高。

Abstract:Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet(YAG)single crystal can be used as the substrates of projection tube screen.Because its expansion coefficient is close to that 95 percent alumina ceramics,YAG and ceramics can be welded by vacuum diffusion with aluminum as the diffusion material.Heat radiation,at a temperature of 600 ℃,a base pressure of 25 N/mm2 and for a diffusion time of 25 minutes,may result in high strength sealing with a leakage less than 2×10-13 Pa m3/s.
