摘    要:海战场赛博空间态势感知包括感知层、理解层和预测层3个层级,感知层体现为信息域能力,理解层和预测层体现为认知域能力。分别提出了信息域和认知域能力的度量方法,其中信息域能力的度量是通过构建完备性、准确性、时效性3个指标,来衡量战场态势与输出态势的差异,认知域能力的度量采取德尔菲法,得出了海战场赛博空间态势感知能力的度量方法...

Abstract:Cyberspace situation awareness in sea battlefield includes perception layer,comprehension layer and projection layer,the perception layer refelcts as the capability in information domain,the comprehension layer and projection layer refelct as the capability in cognition domain.This paper proposes the methods to measure the capability in information domain and cognition domain respectively,and uses three indexes of maturity,exactness,timeliness to measure the capability in information domain which can measure the difference between battlefield situation and output situation,uses Delphi method to measure the capability in cognition domain,obtain sthe measurement methods of cyberspace situation awareness capability in sea battlefield.
