电炉大方坯热装热送系统研究

摘    要:系统研究电炉大方坯热装热送的各个环节,确定大方坯采用铁路运输.分析铁路线路布局,测定运输能力、合理配置运输设施,研制了合适的保温台车.通过对铁路行车安全、与铁水运输交叉干扰、运行组织模式、钢坯物流信息管理、不同行车吊装工具、原有厂房行车作业能力限制以及模拟试运行效果分析,提出系统的解决方案,经效果验证,满足了生产工艺要求,确保了钢铁产品质量要求,控制了合理的投资成本,而且还兼顾了生产过程的稳定性、连续性,满足了生产操作的安全要求.
