| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验法对十二烷基二甲基氧化胺的合成工艺条件进行了研究,获得了在催化剂存在下的最优合成条件。最优条件小试、中试及应用研究结果表明,氧化胺产率≥99％,游离胺≤0.5％,产品使用性能优良。

| Abstract: | The synthetic technological conditions of dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine oxide were studied by orthogonal experiments. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained in the presence of catalyst. The results of tests and application showed that the yield of amine oxide is over or equal 99 % while free amine concentration is below or equal 0.50%.
