塑木复合材料的研制和性能

摘    要:采用木粉分别与PP,HDPE,LDPE制成了塑木复合材料,研究了水分,粘接剂及改性剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,水分会严重降低复合材料的性能,EAA和脲醛树脂并用可提高复合材料的综合力学性能。

Abstract:Plastic wood composites(PWC) were prepared from wood flour,PP,HDPE and LDPE The effects of water content,adhesive and modifier on the mechanical properties of the composite were studied The results showed water content had obvious effect on the property of the composite,and the use of mixed adhesive of EAA and urea resin could improve the overall mechanical properties of the composite
