| Abstract: | In view of the importance of cost management to construction enterprises,from bidding,evaluation of project benefits,the design of construction scheme,control of directive engineering cost,strengthening claims management and other aspects cost management in construction enterprises is discussed in depth in order to develop enterprise's potential in reducing cost and realize enterprise transformation from extensive management to intensive management. |
