基于ADAMS的非独立悬架-转向系统动力学仿真

摘    要:以多体系统动力学理论为基础,利用ADAMS软件,建立了一类四轮驱动车辆非独立前悬架及转向系统的参数化虚拟样机;通过改变悬架有关质量几何参数,进行了大量的动力学仿真计算。分析了柔性元件(橡胶减震元件)对悬架动力学性能的影响,考察了对车辆操纵稳定性、平顺性影响很大的前轮定位参数的动力特性。得到了有关性能参数与车轮定位参数的结果曲线。从而为汽车的设计和制造提供理论依据。

Abstract:The parameterized virtual prototype of rigid axle suspension and steering systems of four-drive vehicle is built by the use of ADAMS software based on multibody-system kinetics.Many digital simulations of dynamics are carried out by changing quantity and geometry parameters of suspension.Effects of complex part(rubber bushing)is investigated and dynamical steering locate param-eters which impact heavily on controlling stability and smooth of the vehicle is saw about,thus obtain chart that describing the rela-tionship between some characteristics and wheel orientation and provided an important theoretical gist for the design and manufacture of vehicle.
