组成对陶瓷电容器酚醛树脂包封料性能的影响

摘    要:采用正交设计方法研究了组成对陶瓷电容器酚醛树脂包封料(简称包封料)性能的影响,得到了影响包封料性能的主次因素,各因素水平影响其性能的趋势。同时得到了干燥时间最短的配方和耐溶剂性时间最长的配方。得到了综合性能最佳的包封料,它具有干燥时间为6小时(室温),耐溶剂性时间为56小时(36—38℃丙酮中)。探讨了各组分对包封料性能影响机理,为研制陶瓷电容器酚醛树脂包封料提供理论依据。

Abstract:The influence of compositions on the properties of ceramic capacitor phenolic resin insulation packing coating materials(packing coating materials)has been investigated by means of orthogonal design experiments.The major,secondary factors and the tendency of various factors' levels for the properties of phenolic resin packing coating materials have been obtained.At the same time,the optimum formula for drying time and for dissoluent resistance have been obtained in the experimental conditions.The packing coating materials having optimum comprehensive properties has been obtained,which have short drying time(6 hours)and long dissoluent resistance time(56 hours).The influencing mechanism of various components on the properties of packing coating materials is studied,which shows the basis for preparation of ceramic capacitor phenolic resin insulation packing coating materials.
