电沉积钨钴合金的研究

摘    要:钨钴合金镀层的外观接近铬镀层,且镀液分散能力及覆盖能力好,在此研究了钨酸钠,硫酸钴,添加剂,电流密度及pH值对镀层钨含量及性能的影响,钨钴合金具有很好的耐蚀,耐热和耐磨性能,应用前景好。

Abstract:Tungsten-cobalt alloy deposits are similar to chromium deposits in appearance. Tungsten-cobalt plating baths have good throwing and covering power. The effects of sodium tungstate, cobalt sulfate, additive, current density and pH value on tungsten content and properties of tungsten-cobalt deposits was studied. Tungsten-cobalt alloy deposits have good corrosion, heat and wear resistance and has bright prospect in application.
