| Abstract: | In 2010, the Guangdong province launched series of projects to carry out its governance to small and medium-sized rivers. The main problems and causes have been raised during the process of the implementation of these governance projects in Guangdong Province from the perspectives of auditing. Therefore, countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to these problems, in order to ensure the standardization and scientific of the usage of these special funds for small and medium-sized rivers governance. |
