上游水库溃坝影响的水库调洪计算研究——以海丰县赤沙水库为例

摘    要:在总结溃坝洪水计算方法的基础上,以海丰县赤沙水库安全鉴定的水文计算为例,选择“圣维南法”计算上游小水库大坝全溃时对下游赤沙水库调洪演算成果的影响。结果表明,上游小水库发生溃坝对赤沙水库影响较小,但赤沙水库下泄洪水过程线由单峰变为双峰(上游小水库大坝位于赤沙水库的库中,从而未考虑溃坝洪水在河道中的演进计算,有其特殊性),因此,建议在设计工作中遇到类似情况时,应利用多种方法计算并对比分析,必要时需要建立物理模型试验用于验证。

Abstract:Base on the summary of dam break flood calculation method, there is a hydrologic calculation example of safety appraisal for Chisha Reservoir in Haifeng County. The Saint Venant method is chosen for effects of flood routing calculation results of the lower reaches of the Chisha reservoir when the upper reaches of the small reservoir dam break. The results show that the upper reaches of the small dam failure has little influence on the Chisha Reservoir,but the flood hydrograph changed from single peak to double peak. Due to the upstream reservoir dam is located at the Chisha Reservoir, it doesn''t consider the evolution of dam break flood in the river in the calculation, which is a special case. So when a similar situation in the design work time, through the calculation and analysis, a variety of methods to calculate and contrast analysis should be used encountered. And if necessary, physical model test is needed to establish to verify.
