摘    要:通过资料收集、现场勘察以及反演计算,对广东省某水库工程防汛抢险进行分析与后评价。结果表明:即使不开底孔,库水位也不会超过设计水位,但是在未来天气不确定、预报入库洪水偏大的情况下,打开底孔泻洪,将风险控制在了最低。此外,研究还表明延长入库洪水预见期、提高洪水预报精度,对今后水库防汛抢险工作具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on field survey and computation analysis, a post evaluation of the disaster-relief in a reservoir flood protection has been carried out. It is concluded that the risk has been controlled in the lowest by opening the bottom hole in the case of an uncertain weather and a higher flood forecasting. The research also shows that a longer flood lead-time and higher accuracy in flood forecasting plays an important role in flood control.
