宿舍文化活动在思想政治工作中的作用

校园文化活动是大学生成才的有效途径，是政治思想工作的有效载体。宿舍文化作为校园文化中的重要组成部分，在学生的思想政治工作中发挥重要作用。为了进一步做好学生的思想政治工作，必须改变以往工作中的形式主义，教条主义，结合学生生活实际，成立宿舍文化活动小组以及各种理论学习小组，使学生在丰富多彩的宿舍文化活动中受到思想教育。

THE EFFECT OF DORMITORY CULTURAL ACTIVITIES ON CAMPUS IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL WORK

Campus cultural activities are an effective way for college students' becoming useful persons, and an effective carrier of the ideological and political work. As an important part of campus cultures, dormitory cultures play a significant role in foe ideological and political work on students. To further the work, we must make students receive ideological education in their rich and colorful dormitory cultural activities, by changing the formalism and dogmatism existing in the work formerly done, and in combination with their actual life, setting up dormitory cultural activities groups and various theoretical study groups.
