用ASP开发基于B／S模式的科技管理信息系统

随着互联网络技术的飞速发展，信息技术在管理方面的应用越来越广。一个高校如果没有科技管理信息系统，就不能真正地实现科技管理。通过对高校科技产业管理水平的分析，提出了用ASP开发基于B／S模式的科技管理信息系统，并对系统的设计思想加以详细阐述。该系统能够对项目计划、经费、成果和专利及知识产权、技术市场等环节的信息数据在计算机网络上进行处理，对费用进行实时控制和综合分析处理。科技管理信息系统对提高高校科技产业管理水平具有重要的作用。

Design of Science and Technology MIS with ASP Based on B/S

With the rapid development of the Internet technology,information technology is being used more and more broadly in the management aspect.If a university does not have the science and technology management information system,it can't realize the true science and technology management.Through the analysis about the science and technology industry management level of the university,proposed to develop the science and technology management information system which based on B/S pattern by ASP,and elaborated the design concept of the system in detail.In the computer network,this system can deal with the information data in the links such as project plans,funds,achievements,the patent and intellectual property rights,techniques markets and so on,carrying on the real-time control and the generalized analysis to the expense processes.The science and technology management information system has an important effect on boosting the level of the science and technology industry management in universities.
