Ce助剂对Cu-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5在CO2加氢合成二甲醚中的性能影响

摘    要:采用凝胶网格共沉淀法制备二甲醚的催化剂CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5,考察不同助剂La、Ce、Co、Zr对其性能的影响。结果表明,加入助剂后,CO2转化率和二甲醚的选择性都有不同程度的提高,进行比较后发现尤其是加入Ce助剂后,二甲醚的选择性达到61.5%,CO2的转化率达到40%。利用BET、XRD、SEM、H2-TPR、H2-TPD等表征方法对其物化性质进行表征。

Abstract:CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 was prepared by gel-network co-precipitation for synthesizing dimethyl ether from carbon dioxide by hydrogenation and the effects of La,Ce,Co and Zr promoters on catalyst performance were investigated. The results showed that after adding a small amount of Ce,the selectivity of dimethyl ether reached 61.5% and the conversion rate of CO2 reached 40%.The physical-chemical propertise and catalytic performance of the catalysts were characterization by using BET,XRD,SEM,TPR and H2-TPD techniques.
