摘    要:介绍了某220kV变电站内1#主变A相套管油标处渗油的故障,通过对故障变压器进行检查及处理,并进行详细分析,得出结论:本缺陷主要系胶垫老化变硬及法兰接触面螺丝紧固不均匀造成的。变压器是电力系统中的关键设备,应从各方面保证其安全稳定运行。为避免该类事故再次发生,提出了对变压器套管的相应检修维护措施和建议。

Abstract:An oil leakage-fault of 1# transformer bushing in some 220kV station is discussed. By inspecting the faulty transformer and analysis in detail, the reason for the fault is put forward. The fault is caused because the cushion is aging and screw of flange contact face is non-uniform fastened Transformer is key facility in power system and its safe steady running should be assured. Also the suggestion for inspection and maintenance of transformer is given in order to avoid the same kind of fault.
