上向进路充填采矿法

金川二矿区东部2号矿体矿石中等稳固,节理发育,矿体中的辉绿岩脉易发生片落。为此决定采用上向进路充填法进行回采。由于该法先在二期进路一侧或两侧平行开挖一期进路,利用密实的充填料作为支撑顶板的壁帮,然后进行巷道式采矿,因而充填体兼有两种功能:既作为一期进路回采时的地板,又是二期进路回采时的人工矿柱。本文介绍这一方法的试验情况,结果表明具有高的生产能力,综合生产能力达1036t/d.

UPWARD DRIFT MINING WITH BACKFILLING

Since No.2 Orebody in the east of the second mining district in Jingchuan mine is characterised by moderate stable rockmass and well-developed joints, the diabase dykes of the orebody are prone to scaling. Therefore, the upward drift stoping with backfilling is decided to use. Because the first-stage drifts were excavated parallelly at first on one side or two sides of the second-stage drifts, the compact filling was used as a wall for roof supporting, and then the drift stoping was conducted, thereby the backfill served as not only a floor for the first-stage drift stoping, but also an artificial pillar for the second-stage drift stoping. The experiments for this mining method are presented. The results have shown that the method displays a high capacity of production, with a combined capacity of 1039 t/d.
