微波介质介电常数和磁导率测试方法

摘    要:讨论了微波介质介电常数和磁导率测试方法的物理模型,并对该模型进行了理论分析。给出了电磁波透过被测样品材料的波长数计算式,解决了求解介电常数和磁导率的模糊性问题。研制了实验装置、实验系统和系统校准件,讨论了TRL校准方法和提高测试准确度的时域门技术。利用该实验系统对多种介质材料进行了实测,实验表明,理论分析是正确的,测试结果是可靠的。

Abstract:A physical model for the determination of permittivity and permeability of medium at microwave frequencies is discussed,and theoretical analysis of the model is carried out.Computing formula of wavelength number of electromagnetic wave in the sample material is given,and the ambiguous problem to compute the permittivity and permeability is solved.The testing set,testing system and calibration devices are developed.The TRL calibration method and the time-domain gating technique used to get the better accuracy are discussed.Several materials are measured by the system,and the experiments indicate that the theoretical analysis is correct,and the test results are reliable.
