摘    要:采用优化设计的方法改变矫直机辊距,以减轻设备重量、延长设备寿命、保证矫直机的矫直质量.导出了变辊距时各辊受力关系.并以75kg/m重轨为例,计算了各种辊距下矫直力.对于设计新型矫直机和原有矫直机的使用具有实际意义.

Abstract:With design optimization,leveler pitch can be changed, resulting in improving track quality,reducing facility weight and prolonging the life cycle of the machine.The formula of straightening force has been derived out.And 75kg/m track is taken as an example for calculating the force at different kind of pitches.All this is of value to new leveller design and to the use of old ones.
