采用暴雨后期平均排除法计算排涝泵站规模研究

随着近年来城市化进程加速，城市排涝泵站建设需求激增，如何因地制宜确定排涝泵站规模尤为重要。淮北地区常用的方法有排模法、24 h降雨24 h 平均排除法和调洪演算法等。其中调洪演算法是确定排涝泵站规模比较准确的方法，但淮北地区多数排涝泵站所在河道缺少实测流量及产汇流过程线等数据，采用调洪演算法计算较繁琐。以七渔河泵站作为计算实例加以探讨，研究发现，采用最大 24 h 降雨时程分布 24 h 内暴雨后期平均排除法计算产汇流及排涝泵站规模方法便捷且计算精确，为淮北地区排涝泵站规模计算提供了一种新的方法。该方法适用于流域面积小于 50 km2 且缺少实测流量等数据的排水区域，已在阜阳市芦桥沟泵站和临泉县白沟站得到运用，结果科学可行。

Study on calculating the scale of drainage pumping station using the average exclusion method in the post-rainstorm period

With the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, the construction demand of urban drainage pump stations has increased dramatically. How to determine the scale of drainage pump stations according to local conditions is particularly important. The commonly used methods in Huaibei area include model setting method, 24-hour average rainfall exclusion method and flood regulation algorithm. Among them, the flood routing algorithm is one of the more accurate methods to determine the scale of the drainage pump station. However, the current situation of most drainage pump stations in Huaibei is lack of measured flow, unit hydrograph and other data, so it is tedious to use the flood routing algorithm to calculate. Qiyuhe pump station was taken as an example to discuss this calculation. It is found that the average elimination method of the maximum 24-hour rainfall time history distribution in the later period of the rainstorm within 24 hours is convenient and accurate in calculating the catchment discharge and the scale of the drainage pump station, which provides a new method for the scale calculation of the drainage pump station in Huaibei area. This method was suitable for drainage areas with basin area less than 50 km2 and lack of measured flow data.It had been applied to the Luqiaogou pump station in Fuyang City and Baigou pump station in Linquan County. The results were scientific and feasible. Qiyuhe pump station was taken as an example to discuss this calculation.
