| 摘 要： | 归纳总结了多户共用一表的主要弊端，介绍了三种实施一户一表的改造方法，通过对这三种方法进行对比分析，说明了水表出户、一户一表的可行性，并论述了一户一表改造的两点保障措施，以促进一户一表改造的规范有序开展。

| Abstract: | The shortages of the sharing use of one meter by multi-family are summarized,at the same time three reconstruction methods are proposed for the implementation of one family one meter.The practicability of outdoor water meter and one family one meter are elaborated.In the end two assurance measures are presented in order to normalize reconstruction work of one family one meter. |
