摘    要:为提高压缩机阀片表面工艺性能,提高气阀使用寿命,采用超声-电沉积法在压缩机阀片表面制备Ni-TiN镀层,研究TiN颗粒浓度、电流密度、超声波功率对压缩机阀片耐磨性能的影响。采用正交试验法优选出在压缩机阀片表面制备Ni-TiN镀层的最佳工艺参数为:TiN质量浓度5 g/L,阴极电流密度4 A/dm2,超声功率250 W。

Abstract:In order to improve the surface performance and service life of compressor valve plate,Ni TiN composite coatings were prepared on the surface of compressor valve plate by ultrasonic electrodeposition technology. The effect of TiN particles concentration,current density and ultrasonic power on the wear resistance of valve plate was studied. In addition,the optimum technological parameters mass concentration of TiN 5 g/L,current density 4 A/dm2 and ultrasonic power 250 W,were obtained by the orthogonal experiments.
