生物柴油-乙醇-水三元体系及其乳化试验研究

摘    要:研究了生物柴油-乙醇-水三元稳定体系中的最大含水量,分析了生物柴油-乙醇-水三元体系的相行为,得到了稳定的单相区和两相区。考察了不同乳化剂、乳化剂质量分数以及乙醇的含量对体系含水量的影响,结果表明:在乳化剂中m(油酸)∶m(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)=3∶7,乳化剂用量为油重的15%,乙醇用量为油重的40%时,体系含水量可达8.82%。

Abstract:To get the stable system of biodiesel-ethanol-water,high quality biodiesel was prepared,and the phase behavior of biodiesel-ethanol-water system was researched by measuring the most moisture content of the stable system,the result indicated that there existed a single-phase region and twophase region in the phase diagram.The effect on moisture content was investigated under different emulsifiers,emulsifier content and the content of ethanol.The result indicates that the optimum condition in the experiment is as follows.The emulsifier is the blend of oleic acid and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether,the mass ratio of oleic acid and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is 3∶7,the dosage of emulsifier and ethanol are 15%and 40% of the weight of biodiesel respectively,the moisture content can reach 8.82%.
