摘    要:研究不同时效温度和时间对820 ℃×1 h固溶处理后的18Ni马氏体时效钢硬度的影响规律。研究了480 ℃时效3h和4 h的拉伸性能,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对时效后的组织和断口进行观察分析。结果表明:当时效温度较低(460 ℃),时效3 h达到峰值的98%左右;在较高温度(520 ℃)时效,10 min左右即可达到该水平;最优时效工艺为480 ℃×3 h;两种时效工艺下的断口有明显的延伸和缩颈,中心存在大量韧窝,为典型的韧性断裂。

Abstract:The effects of different aging temperature and time on hardness of 18Ni maraging steel which was solution treated at 820 ℃ for 1 h were studied. The results show that when aging at 460 ℃ for 3 h tensile strenght reaches about 98% of peak value, while aging at 520 ℃ for about 10 min,tensile strenght rcaches the same level. Aging at 480 ℃ for 3 h is the optimal aging process in this experiments. The fracture is obvious extension and necking and a large number of dimples occur in the center. It is typical ductile fracture under two kinds of aging process.
