摘    要:分析等厚薄板件的弯曲时效应力松弛成形过程,通过应力松弛拉伸试验确定7055T7751铝合金在182 ℃下的应力松弛本构方程,应用有限元方法对该铝合金等厚薄板件的单曲率弯曲时效应力松弛成形过程进行模拟计算,分析薄板件在成形过程中应力和应变的变化情况,最后通过对比薄板件弯曲回弹的试验结果和模拟结果,说明利用该本构方程建立的有限元模型对回弹的预测有效。

Abstract:Analysis on bending stress relaxation age forming(SRAF)process of thin plate with uniform thickness was presented, and the constitutive model of 7055T7751 aluminum alloy’s stress relaxation under 182 ℃ was determined by the stress relaxation tension test. Then the single curvature bending SRAF process of the alloy was analyzed using FEM software ABAQUS,and the variation of stress and strain of thin plate during the SRAF process was analyzed. Finally,the comparison of SRAF test results with simulation data shows that the established FEM model based on the constitutive model is feasible for springback prediction.
