| Abstract: | Composition and control mode of detection and control system for 150t car type annealing furnace in blooming mill are introduced.Control modes of annealing furnace include microcomputer control,intelligent nistrument control and manual control.Fuzzy PID on-off control was adopted to control furnace temperature.After the system was put into operation,all contral parameters are accurate and reliable,and annealing quality can be ensured. |
