常温高效无磷脱脂剂的研究

研究了以阴/非离子表面活性剂复配为主的无磷脱脂剂的清洗性能。结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂木质素磺酸钠与非离子表面活性剂XA50和XL70进行复配时,其表面张力低达27.5×10-3N/m,且相对稳定;无磷脱脂剂的配方为:木质素磺酸钠2 g/L,XL70(C10脂肪醇乙氧基化合物)1 g/L,九水偏硅酸钠4 g/L,碳酸钠2 g/L,柠檬酸钠1 g/L,氢氧化钠15 g/L,LW 20(端羟基封头聚醚)1 g/L,纯水余量。该脱脂剂高效环保,在常温40℃时,脱脂效率高达99%。

Study on effective phosphorus-free degreaser in normal temperature

The property of phosphorus-free degreaser consists of anionic/nonionic surfactants was studied for cleaning the smeary surface of metal.The results show that sodium lignin sulfonate combined with XA50 or XL70 has lower surface tension about 27.5 ×10-3 N/m and stability relatively.The formula of the degreaser:sodium lignin sulfonate is 2 g/L,XL70(carbon 10 fatty alcohol ethoxy compounds) is 1 g/L,hydrous sodium silicate is 4 g/L,sodium carbonate is 2 g/L,sodium citrate is 1 g/L,sodium hydroxide is 15 g/L,LW20(primary hydroxyl end polyether) 1 g/L,pure water is rest.The degreaser with high efficiency and little pollution.The degreasing rate can reach 99% at 40 ℃.
