工业锅炉汽包水位模糊自适应PID控制系统

摘    要:锅炉汽包水位控制系统是火力发电厂中的一个重要的热工控制系统,汽包水位的控制大多采用常规PID控制方式,由于其控制参数是固定不变的,不能进行在线调整,其控制效果往往难以满足要求。将模糊控制的方法应用到工业锅炉PID控制系统的参数调节中去,实现了PID参数的自适应调节。这种方法已经运用到苏钢3号炉的控制系统中,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Boiler drum water level control systems belong to important thermal control systems of fossil fired power plants.Currently,most drum water levels are controlled by conventional PID methods.Because their control parameters are fixed,without possibility of on-line adjustment,it often happens that their control effect can hardly meet requirement.A way of effectuating self-adjustment of PID control system parameters of industrial boilers,by making use of a fuzzy control algorithm is being presented.This method has already successfully been applied to Sugang's boiler No.3.
