火电厂后备柴油发电机监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:为柴油发电机组设计了一套高性能的控制系统代替原有的机械触点式继电器控制系统.监控系统的硬件系统主要采用S7-300型号的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC).着重介绍了系统自启动逻辑和380 V线路保护逻辑.选用西门子STEP7V5.3软件包,采用功能块结构化编程方法编译PLC的监控程序.调试和试运行结果表明,系统明显提高了应急柴油发电机组自启动成功率、可靠性和响应速度.
