基于改进模糊评价法的铸造工艺质量综合评价

摘    要:提出了铸造工艺质量模糊综合评价方法。将影响铸造工艺质量的缩孔和缩松、裂纹、气孔、夹砂及夹杂等评价因素当成模糊变量,运用模糊数学理论判别铸造工艺的综合质量的优劣。首先根据隶属函数值进行单因素评价,然后采取权重的形式进行综合评价,使得难以量化的质量评价问题转化成定量的结果。同时,采用最优传递矩阵法对标度判别矩阵进行改进,避免确定权重时的一致性检验。采用匹配矩阵法对评价矩阵进行了改进,以增强评价的分辨率。

Abstract:A fuzzy evaluation method of casting technological quality based on fuzzy analysis was presented. Taking evaluating factors such as shrink soft, crackle, gas hole, inclusion fuzzy parameters, casting technological quality was evaluated by using fuzzy math theory. Simple factor evaluation was taken according to subordinated function before comprehensive evaluation was taken according to weight, a difficultly quantitative evaluation was changed into quantitative result by using fuzzy transform. Meanwhile, the weight defining method was improved in order to avoid to consistency check and the evaluative matrix was improved so as to develop distinguishing rate.
