基于免疫算法的配电网重构

摘    要:配电网具有闭环设计、开环运行的特点。提出了一种新的免疫算法用于配电网重构,以减小网损。在种群初始化时,对个体进行接种疫苗,通过修改各个体的某些基因位上的基因,使得可行解的比例变大。对不可行解,利用启发式方法,通过打开回路和连通孤岛,将其修复为可行解。重构优化过程中,高频变异和免疫补充算子的采用,能有效地维持种群的多样性,避免算法早熟收敛。对69节点系统重构,结果表明提出的算法具有较高的计算效率。

Abstract:Distribution networks are structurally meshed but radially operated.A novel artificial immune algorithm is proposed to reconfigure distribution network with loss minimization.When the population is initialized,vaccinations are applied to modify some genes of every individual's locuses.So the proportion of feasible solutions is increased comparing to random initialization.Infeasible solutions are corrected by a heuristic rule of opening up the loops and connecting the islands.Furthermore,somatic hypermutation and immune recruitment operators are used to maintain the diversity of the population and prevent the optimization from prematurity.The results of 69-bus system reconfiguration demonstrate the proposed algorithm has a highly computational efficiency.
