摘    要:研究了水对聚丙烯腈-二甲基亚砜(PAN-DMSO)纺丝溶液流变性能和初生纤维组成及双扩散系数的影响。随着水含量的增加,PAN-DMSO溶液的表观粘度有所下降,其流动性得以改善,粘流活化能下降,孔口胀大比变大。适量水的加入还降低了纺丝成形过程中溶剂、非溶剂的扩散速率,减少了纤维中水含量,有利于制备高性能PAN原丝。

Abstract:The effects of water on the rheological behavior of polyacrylonitrile-dimethylsulfoxide (PAN-DMSO) solution, the composition of as-spun fiber and double diffusion coefficient were studied. While increasing water content, the apparent viscosity of PAN-DMSO solution was decreased somewhat, the rheological behavior was improved, the flow activation energy was decreased and the die-swell ratio was increased. The addition of an appropriate amount of water can depress the diffusion rate of solvents and nonsolvents during the spinning formation,resulting in the reduction of water content in fibers, which was helpful to producing high-performance PAN precursor.
