某工程地下室上浮事故浅析及处置加固补救措施

摘    要:本文结合某工程地下室上浮事故实例,通过工程事故调查,对事故进行抗浮验算和施工组织控制分析,说明设计对地下水位估计不足,未考虑基础局部抗浮是造成事故的主要原因,施工过早停止降水,未及时沉降观测,也加剧了结构的上浮和破坏。通过合理的井点降排水泄压,使上浮建筑有效均匀回落,同时采用预应力锚杆等结构加固补救措施,提供有效抗浮力,结构不再上浮,沉降稳定,事故成功处置,对今后预防和处置类似地下室上浮事故具有借鉴作用。

Abstract:The paper is combined with examples about the basement up-floating accident of a project.Through the engineering accident investigation,analyzing the accident of the basement check and the construction organization control,which shows that the main reason of the project accident is that the design of underground water level estimates shortage and be lack of considering the local basement foundation.That why it aggravates the separation and destruction of the structure is that the construction stops precipitation too early and the construction fails to settlement observation.It can make the rising building uniform back effectively through make the reasonable well point drain and relief.At the same time,we can take Remedial measures by using pretested anchor to provide the effective resistance of buoyancy.The structure does not float any longer and sediment stability will lead to the accident processed successful.All these provide a reference for preventing and dealing with floating issues of similar underground pools in the future.
