啤酒发酵过程温度特性分析及微机监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:采用模糊预测控制算法解决啤酒发酵过程的时滞、不明确性、大惯性问题,设计了啤酒发酵过程微机管控系统PC-PLC.DCS,由2台上住机和4台下位机组成,具有较强的I/O处理能力,抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,具有完善的过程处理能力,测量精度高。

Abstract:Fuzzy predicted control algorithm which could settle the problem of time lag, ambiguity and inertia in beer fermentation was applied in the design of computer monitoring system. The system was composed by two upper computers (IPC-PLC computer and DCS computer) and four lower computers, which has strong I/O processing capability and anti-interference capability and high reliability. Besides, the system had perfect procedures processing capacity with high measuring accuracy.
