影响延迟焦化装置加热炉长周期运行的因素

摘    要:从焦化原料性质、工艺操作条件、加热炉进料和燃烧系统的联锁控制及加热炉结构设计四个方面分析了延迟焦化装置加热炉长周期运行的影响因素,结合延迟焦化装置的实际生产情况,提出了保证加热炉长周期运行的措施。

Abstract:It is analyzed that the reason of problems in delayed coking furnace for long period operation based on properties of the coking raw materials, the operating parameters, feed for the furnace, interlocking control for the combustion system, and design of the furnace. In order to ensure the furnace in long period stable operation the solutions are proposed in combination with the practical production.
