海水防垢剂的筛选及性能评价

摘    要:结合渤海油田用海水配制完井液所存在的硫酸盐结垢问题,用沉淀重量法考察了4种防垢剂FG 1、FG 2、FG 3和FG 4的稳定性,防垢效率以及与其他油田处理剂的配伍性。在150℃,作用16h条件下,筛选出防垢效率最高的配比是FG 1、FG 3、氨基磺酸的剂量分别为0.012%、0.008%、0.18%,防垢效率能达到91.85%,在配伍性实验中,防垢率也能达到88.89%。

Abstract:This article tightly combined the produce of Bohai oil field and aimed at the subject of sulphate scale result from the completion fluids confected by seawater. Four kinds of antiscale such as (FG-1), FG-2, FG-3 and FG-4 were investigated using the deposition weight method.Their stabilities,inhibiting scale efficiency,anticorrosion function and compatibility along with else treating agent were particularly studied.At the condition of 150℃ and 16 h, screen out the compound of FG-1,FG-3 and aminosulfonic acid have the best inhibiting scale rate.When their respective dosages are 0.012%,0.008% and 0.18%, the inhibiting scale rate can reach 91.85%. Besides in the compatibility operations the inhibiting scale rate can also reach 88.89%.
