Practice on Process Optimization of No.2 Rod Continuous Rolling Line

Process optimization of the pass system, the guide system and the relevant process spare parts parameter of No.2 rod continuous rolling line designed by Bar and Wire Rod Plant itself are introduced. The optimization results in realizing the spare parts share for No.2 rod line and No.1 rod line as well as high speed wire rod line, reducing the spare parts storage and preassemble working capacity by 20%-30%, and meanwhile making different workers familiar with the equipment and technological operation requirement and realize the fast reaching design capacity through innovating the shop organization and optimizing the production operation model.
