Cu基合金析出相的电子显微分析

摘    要:用透射电子显微镜研究了Cu—Zr、Cu—Zr—Si合金的析出相。认为Cu—Zr合金的析出相为Cu_5Zr。对析出物形状、析出面、位向关系进行了简单分析。用衍射、衍衬分析得到了Cu—Zr—Si析出相结构方面的初步信息。

Abstract:The precipitation phase in Cu-Zr and Cu-Zr-Si alloys have been analysed by TEM. It is considered thai CusZr is the precipitation phase in Cu-Zr alloy. The shape and habit plane of the precipitation phase and the orientation relationship are also discussed. Some in, f, grmation has been gained on the structure of Cu-Zr--Si precipitates by electron diffraction analysis and Moire fringe contrast analysis.
