| 摘 要： | 通过对换热器管板与列管焊接缝的腐蚀缺陷研究，采用了工业修补剂进行管板表面涂层处理，有效地提高了管板焊缝的使用寿命，节约了检修费用，本方法值得在石化行业推广应用。

| Abstract: | Through studying erosion defects in welding line of pipe plate and inner well - arranged pipe of heat exchanger, we use industrial mending solvent to treating surface coating of pipe plate, which effectively prolongs the life of welding line of pipe plate and saves maintenance expense. The method is worthy of being popularized and applied in petrochemical industries. |
