PTFE的辐射交联及其应用

摘    要:利用电子束高温辐照PTFE,制备出交联PTFE样。通过红外光谱法(IR)、差示扫描量热分析法(DSC)等各种方法研究辐射交联PTFE的性能。结果表明:与未辐照PTFE相比,交联PTFE的透明度明显增加,熔点下降,耐磨性能明显提高。

Radiation- Crosslinking of Polytetrafluoroethylene and Its Application

Abstract:Radiation - crosslinking of polytetrafluoroethylene was carried out at high temperature and the products were analyzed by various methods. It was shown that the crosslinked PTFE had a good transparency and lower melting point. In addition, abrasion resistance and the tensile strength of PTFE are also greatly improved by radiation crosslinking.
