摘    要:考察了载体预焙烧和La_2O_3改性及焙烧温度对CuO/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的影响。结果表明,随着催化剂焙烧温度的升高,CuO与Al_2O_3之间的固相反应加强,CO氧化活性下降。γ-Al_2O_3经过高温预焙烧后,可减弱CuO与Al_2O_3之间的相互作用。La_2O_3对γ-Al_2O_3载体改性后,降低了催化剂的CO氧化活性。XPS和DSC结果表明La_2O_3的存在稳定了催化剂表面上的Cu以Cu~(2+)状态存在,阻碍了CuO在CO氧化反应中的还原氧化循环。

Abstract:Effects of pre-calcination and La_2O_3 modification of γ-Al_2O_3 and calcination temperature on CuO-supported catalysts were investigated by DTG-TPR, XRD and XPS. It is found that although the high-temperature calcination of γ-Al_2O_3 decreases the BET surface area of γ-Al_2O_3, the amount of reducible CuO and activity of CO oxidation of CuO-supported catalysts increase. La_2O_3 modification of γ-Al_2O_3 support increases the BET surface area and amount of reducible CUO of CuO/La-γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst, but the activity of CuO/La-γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst decreases.
