摘    要:研究了以含三氯化铝的离子液体催化苯基二氯化磷(DCPP)的硫化制备苯基硫代膦酰氯(DCPPS)的反应特点,结果表明,离子液体对反应有较好的催化活性,较传统催化方式表现出催化剂用量少、分离方式简便、原料可回收、催化剂可回收等特点,这些特点综合地解决了传统反应中产品难分离、污染重的缺点,为DCPPS的绿色合成提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Triethylhydrogenammonium Chloride-XAlCl3 ionic liquids (ILs) were used as catalyst in reactions for clean synthesis of dichlorophenylphosphine sulfide (DCPPS). One of the reactions was to catalyze the reaction of sulfur and dichlorophenylphosphine (DCPP) and the other reaction was to catalyze the one-pot reaction of benzene, phosphorus chloride and sulfur. A simple product isolation procedure was achieved, and the effects of the ILs composition, reaction time, and quantity of the ILs on the reactions were studied. The ILs showed reusable and low consumption characters in the reaction of sulfur and DCPP. Thus the [Et_3NH]Cl-XAlCl_3 ionic liquids gave this reaction a green character.
