| Abstract: | According to Management Methods for Program Managers of Architectural Construction Enterprises,the paper by combining with the factual situation for the management,introduces the tasks,responsibilities and rights for the program managers of the construction,and illustrates how to realize the benefits of the program managers to identify the responsibilities,the rights and benefits of the construction,so as to arouse the positive attitude in maximum way. |
