微机与数控机床远程通信软件开发

摘    要:文章对与数控机床远程通信有关的内容进行了研究,从而确定了微机与其通信的体系机构,利用Visual C 语言编写程序实现Microsoft Windows平台与数控机床远程通信。通过对AT命令和串行通信协议进行详细的分析,采用多线程来控制数据的发送和接收,能够提高数控程序的传输效率,并可及时反馈数控机床的状态信息,利用调制解调器和拨号连接方式将数字信号转换成模拟信号,通过电话线传递给数控机床,最终实现数控程序远程加工过程的自动化。

Abstract:This paper studies the factor about tekecommunications with numerical control machine, then confirm the structure of microcomputer with it. The author realizes the MS Windows tekecommunications with numerical control machine by Visual C++ in the paper. After analysing AT order and serial communication protocol, the paper controls the send and receipt of data by the multi-thread. that can enhance the transfers efficiency and also can feedback the state message of numerical control machine. Finally the system makes digital signals into analog signals using modem and dial-up connections and transfers signals to numerical control machine.
