摘    要:油气田开采过程中的出砂问题十分普遍,对于出砂油气藏,防砂是必不可少的环节。机械防砂作为最重要的防砂措施,得到了越来越广泛的应用。优质筛管防砂是现场应用比较普遍的防砂管柱防砂技术。优质筛管本身的渗透性一般较大,不足以对油井产量造成影响。而从地层产出的细砂会不断充满防砂管柱与井壁的环形空间。由于地层产出砂沉积后的渗透率较低,会对油井产能造成较大的影响。本文以地层砂为研究对象,以地层砂粒度分析为研究基础,分析了不同颗粒粒度及其分布所产生不同的地层砂渗透率。运用渗流力学的知识对优质筛管堆积砂层表皮系数进行了计算;并建立了不同颗粒粒度及其分布、环空砂层表皮系数与油井产能关系的模型,从而更好的预测出砂后优质筛管防砂井的产能,对指导现场生产具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Sand production problem is general in performance history of field,sand control is inevitable in sand production oil and gas reservoir.As the most important method of sand control,mechanical sand control became more and more popular.The Premium sand screen has high permeability and has little influence on oil productivity.Annular sand layer between sand screen and face of the wellbore is filled with sand from oil reservoir.Low permeability of the sand layer has more influence on oil productivity.This thesis takes formation sand layer as research object.Research foundation of formation sand fractional analysis,different formation sand permeability caused by various sand grain size and sand-grain-size distribution can be analyzed.Use of mechanics of fluids flow through porous media,the skin factor of premium sand screen sand layer can be calculated;established well productivity model for different distribution of sizes and skin factor of annular sand,forecasted better well productivity for sand control well with premium sand screen after sand entry,have definite sense for guiding well site production.
