酸压裂缝导流能力研究回顾与展望

摘    要:酸压的关键是形成具有高导流能力的酸蚀裂缝。当前酸压裂缝导流能力的研究主要局限于小尺寸实验范畴,仅能模拟近井筒地带酸压裂缝中的酸液流动反应过程,不能反映全裂缝的酸液流动反应现象。直接获取各因素影响下的酸压裂缝表面形态,并探索裂缝表面形态与裂缝导流能力之间的相关性,是当前研究的热点。建立大尺寸酸压裂缝物理实验方法,形成与之配套的高精度岩面形貌数值成像及表征技术,探索"酸压裂缝形态的影响因素、多尺度壁面酸蚀形态、导流能力"三者之间的关系,逐步实现酸液流动反应的数值实验,是酸压裂缝导流能力研究的重要发展方向。

Abstract:The key point of acid fracturing is to form acid-etched fractures with high conductivity.Currently,the studies of acid fracturing conductivity are mainly confined in small scaled experiment,which merely simulates the acid flow and reaction process near wellbores and fails to reflect the acid flow reaction phenomenon in full fractures.How to directly get acid fracturing walls pattern at the different conditions and developing the relativities between the pattern and fracture conductivity is the hot of studies.The further developing targets of the acid fracturing conductivity studies is to build physical experimental methods of large acid-etched fractures,form the high accurate techniques of the digital image and characterization of rock surfaces,understand the relations among influence factors,multi-scale acid etched pattern and fracture conductivity,and gradually to achieve numerical experiment of the acid flow and reaction process.
